4. Payment Terms

- Payment is due on the agreed-upon schedule, typically monthly.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
- Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of storage services.
5. Security and Liability
A. Security Measures
Croydon Storage employs various security measures to protect stored items, including:

- Secure access control systems.
- On-site security personnel.
B. Liability Limitations
Croydon Storage is not liable for any loss or damage to stored items due to:
- Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or fires.
- Unauthorized access or theft by third parties.
- Acts of God or other unforeseen events.
Users are encouraged to obtain insurance for their stored items to mitigate potential losses.
6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the storage agreement under the following conditions:
- User-Initiated Termination: Users must provide at least 30 days' notice before vacating the storage unit.
- Service Provider-Initiated Termination: Croydon Storage reserves the right to terminate the agreement if terms are violated or for other valid reasons.
Upon termination, users must remove all belongings from the storage unit within the specified timeframe.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Croydon Storage operates.
8. Amendments
Croydon Storage reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from this Agreement, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
11. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the user and Croydon Storage, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
